After collecting luggage, customer must proceed to the SuperShuttle ticket counter to speak with a uniformed Customer Service Representative. The ticket counter is located in the baggage claim next to the car rental counters. If for any reason there is no CSR at the counter, customer may pick up the phone on the counter to be connected directly to dispatch for further assistance.

IAH

After collecting luggage, customer must proceed to the SuperShuttle ticket counter to speak with a uniformed Customer Service Representative.

• TERMINALS A & B: The ticket counter is located to the right of the escalator.
• TERMINAL C: The ticket counter is located next to baggage carousel #1.
• TERMINAL E (International Arrivals): The ticket counter is to the right, just past the information counter. If for any reason there is no representative at the ticket counter, customer may pick up the phone on the counter to be connected directly to dispatch for further assistance.

 IAH/HOU ExecuCar

Guest will locate the operator at the entrance of the baggage claim area. The operator will have a sign displaying the guest’s last name. If unable to locate operator, guest may contact the ExecuCar dispatch department at 727-540-3719 for assistance.
